Sedgefield's daily rhythm depends on the particular block, not just the neighborhood name. A home near South Boulevard has a different route to the Blue Line from one closer to Park Road. Sidewalk continuity, crossings, traffic and the distance to a destination matter more than a broad promise that the whole area is walkable.
